April 2015: Waiting for a beer at a bar in San Francisco I got into a chat with a regular guy, a Puerto Rico native who said he had been observing the transformation of the city in the past few years. The artists and culture people were leaving and being replaced by the “techies”. What he meant was the Twitter and Facebook workers.

What I believe I am sensing in the city is that the gap between the have and the have not – it is increasing. Time to say good bye to SF… .

By the way. It really seems California has a draught problem. Somebody should investigate this, I’m serious. Water management and water politics, I mean.
